INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Only listen to these audio trances when you can fully and safely relax completely and never while you are driving. These audio trances work best when you can close your eyes. Use headphones if you can, it really enhances the experience. Listen to your audio regularly for a few days and then whenever you need to.
