I’m excited to offer you this FREE GUIDE to overcoming overwhelm and burnout and relearning how to thrive.

Using mixed tools, old and new, I share with you key insights from my signature burnout coaching framework. My programme is most effective and transformative when an experienced coach guides you through the 7 stages. Coaches can help you develop psychological flexibility, to see your challenges and opportunities from a different perspective, and show you how to change your self-talk, self-stories and unhelpful core-beliefs. All of these are essential for truly overcoming exhaustion.

But the insights from my burnout programme will be a useful framework for your journey from exhaustion to vitality even if you chose to try it on your own. I include various free exercises and further reading recommendations here that you can explore at home.

You will find resources that help you explore how to deepen your self-knowledge, understand your core stressors, focus your energy on what you can control, lessen the impact of your inner critic, and let go of unhelpful core beliefs.
